I'm no stranger to Pensacola, having lived here off and on throughout my life due to my military family roots. Since 2010, I've made this vibrant city my permanent home. Before joining Allstate, I worked in the medical field, where my passion for helping people truly took root.

Sheila credits much of her growth and success to the mentorship of respected Allstate agent Ty Cowen, whose guidance helped shape her skills, values, and deep understanding of what true customer service looks like. She remains grateful for the knowledge and support he shared.
Outside of the office, Sheila enjoys spending time with her family and her three beloved fur babies. She also loves crafting and expressing her creativity through a variety of hands-on projects.

I am a proud Pensacola native, having spent my early years in Perdido Key before my family settled in Cantonment, where I still call home today. My life revolves around my wonderful marriage and the joy of raising three children and four grandchildren, not to mention our cherished fur babies.
For the past two decades, I've been dedicated to the insurance industry as a licensed sales representative, with my entire career spent at Allstate. Nineteen of those years were under the mentorship of my former employer, Ty Cowen. During my time with Mr. Cowen, I was honored with The Caring Heart Award from Allstate for opening my home to a displaced Hurricane Katrina victim. I never asked for any payment, understanding the immense challenges they faced. They became an integral part of my family, and even today, their daughter-in-law remains a loyal Allstate customer. When Mr. Cowen retired, I found myself fortunate to continue my journey with the O'Neil Agency.
What fuels my passion for this profession is the knowledge that I can make a real difference in people's lives through insurance. I'm not just in it for the financial aspect; I'm here to create a positive impact and provide genuine assistance to those I serve.

I graduated from Florida State University in 2000 with a degree in Criminology and went on to serve as a police officer with the Bay County Sheriff’s Office—an experience that strengthened my commitment to helping others.
My work as a Red Cross volunteer deepened my passion for protecting families and helping see they have the insurance coverage, they need to feel truly secure. Today, I bring that same dedication to every customer I serve, helping them make informed decisions and gain the peace of mind they deserve.
